Delivery times are quoted on your goods leaving our warehouse, not from the time that you place your order.

Goods are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

We can only deliver to an address that has a UK postcode, and also if payed for by card must be delivered to the card holders address.

Do not arrange a plumber until all your goods have been delivered and also in the correct condition.

The couriers require a signature, so you will be required to be home until 6.30pm on day of delivery.

If the delivery location is hard access i.e blocks of flats, then you should be aware the courier drivers will be unable to carry heavy loads on their own and also they will require identification and signature before leaving goods, This is to protect us and you from credit card fraud!.
